The DoubleTree Club Orange County Airport is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service driven Full-Time Front Desk Agent. This Front Desk Agent will be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until the moment they check out. We pride ourselves in having a great team that provides top-notch customer service to each and every one of our guests.
Job Duties:
- Greets customers.
- Assists customers with check in, check out, and guest inquiries
- Answers calls & directing them in an efficient, professional manner
- Creates reservations, ensuring that things like rates, amenities, and packages are thoroughly explained
- Creates welcome packets, prints registration cards for arrivals
- Verifies housekeeping reports and changes status of rooms when appropriate
- Runs various reports from Shift Checklist to Downtime Reports
- Posts correctly a variety of charges into OnQ PMS as well as making any adequate adjustments
- Cash drawer balancing
- Reports any after hour issues or problems to the Front Office Manager or appropriate manager

*Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not necessary. OnQ PMS knowledge is a plus, but also not necessary.
*Must have at least a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
*Candidates who have previously worked at customer service-trained locations such as Disneyland, Starbucks, or any chain-retail that provide great customer service training to their staff are encouraged to apply.
*Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
